One of the biggest decisions you’ll make in your life is to sell your property. Having made that decision, it is important to feel committed to it as there may be procedures to be followed that would involve some expenditure. Showing the property to potential buyers

To sell your property you may have to show the property to different people and you may have to do this many times over. 

• You should highlight the positive attributes of the house to evoke the right emotions in the minds of the buyer to sell your property within a reasonable time.
• The windows coverings can be left open to allow natural light. The blinds can also be partially closed to hide any unwanted sights.
• Air-conditioner or the heater should be switched on to suit the climatic conditions to make the buyers comfortably inspect the property.
• Avoid spraying air fresheners with strong scents as some people are allergic to them. Instead, ensure freshly baked bread is present to give a homely feeling.
• You can be away leaving the buyer alone to see the house. This leaves them free to check cabinet doors by opening them and talk among themselves.
